I have a wonderful female friend. After a recent conversation with her, I decided to write a few words.
She has been working in the Antalya real estate market since 2009. And so she told me this phrase - you know, I was recently asked where I work (the Turk asked) and for the first time I suddenly felt ashamed to say that I was a realtor. Without words, I understood what she was talking about.
Non-professionals disgrace our work and profession, the approach to big other people's money is due exclusively to mercantile interest. Without studying either Turkish or special courses, without going through state checks on knowledge of laws, the procedure for registering docks, not to mention the tax regime, people on the beach offer apartments, oh Gods, villas. They call themselves realtors, which is not at all the case.
From my legal knowledge, I will say that fraud is not just a word in everyday life that means a swindler, it is a clearly defined human behavior that misleads other people in order to obtain material benefits.
Lost in the midday sun of the beach, catching the relaxation of visitors, at the level of hot corn traders, apartments are offered. People who, I'm sure, will never be able to guarantee the legality of any contractual actions, simply because they do not know what's what.
And then it occurs to me, I think I already wrote this, I repeat. The indignation of being knocked down at a pedestrian crossing begins where you will first be knocked down there, and only then, if, of course, someone needs it, we will deal with the culprits. Look around, my dears. Your conscientiousness as an acquirer will end where you fail to show whether you have exercised reasonable foresight and care when purchasing.
