Beware of fakes

Have you ever wondered why quality products designed and
embodied by famous designers, there is always a duplicate, otherwise, a fake?
The history of non-original objects in both design and art
is thousands of years old. In ancient times, copies or fakes were used to
observance of rituals and worship of pagan gods. Due to the fact that "sacred"
objects and figurines required much more than the existing originals, steel
copies appear. Needless to say, the original is always a piece goods,
embodied individuality in a single object. But it's about things
having a material embodiment. What about services? Are there fakes here?
In my work, I constantly encounter a similar phenomenon, the so-called
"fake services". What is it about?
Service, as you know, is not a materialized result of labor activity, its
you can’t touch it and somehow weigh it, but labor resources are also invested in it
and implemented.
As a specialist in his field, having deeply analyzed the situation with the market
real estate on the south coast of Turkey, I involuntarily come to the conclusion that in
currently this sector is overflowing with fake services that do not have
professional background and special knowledge. Similar services that
"Unfortunate realtors", you can’t call it anything other than a fake. I'll give you an example.
At 20% of the construction stage, a realtor asks if there is an iskan.
I remind you that iskan is a document that puts a finished house into operation, and it
cannot be obtained in any way at the 20% stage of construction.
As you yourself perfectly understand, if such a question is asked by a specialist,
engaged in real estate, it is difficult to imagine what a huge volume
false information will be brought to the consumer.
There is a rather unpleasant concept as “breach of trust”. It means
that a person endowed with certain powers is enriched by introducing into
misleading people who trust you and ask for help. Other
wording is the result of a false statement by one of the parties in the negotiation process,
leading to a contract. The result is simple: your confidence in the “fake” under
a professional realtor would not be justified.
