Villa with panoramic sea views Kalkan

The villa is a modern building with 4 bedrooms and a spacious and well equipped outdoor terrace. The games room offers table tennis and table football, while the rooftop bar and lounge area offers additional space for an evening refreshment. The villa is located above Kalamar Bay, within walking distance of Kalamar Beach Club, local bars, shops and restaurants. Kalkan centre, harbor and town beach are approximately 2 minutes' drive (or 15-20 minute walk down the hill).

The layout of the three floors is organized as follows:

First floor:

The open plan living room has a well equipped kitchen with an island with electric hob. There is also a water cooler, fridge freezer, built-in oven and microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. The dining area seats 8 people and the living room has a large L-shaped sofa with a large oval coffee table and a flat screen TV.

Floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors lead out to the pool deck.

This level also has a dressing room and toilet.

Second floor:

Bedroom 1 – Double bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room. Balcony with sea view, table and chairs.

Bedroom 2 – Double bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room. Balcony with sea view, table and chairs.

Bedroom 3 - bedroom with two single beds, TV and en-suite shower room. Juliet on the balcony.

The washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are located in the closet on the landing.

Second floor:

Bedroom 4 - Double bedroom with TV, shower room and access to the villa's roof terrace. It has panoramic views and is equipped with a bar (with refrigerator and sink) and comfortable seating.

Outside the villa:

Infinity pool with steps, Jacuzzi area and shallow area.

The pool terrace also features a shaded al fresco dining area, as well as a barbecue area and plenty of sun loungers, parasols and comfortable seating.

There is also table tennis and table football, as well as poolside showers.
