Turkey is not only a country of tourism and recreation, but also a well-known major supplier

I am sure that the Turks are a wise and ancient people, because in terms of nutrition, they
really did very well. On the table in a Turkish family, meat is hidden in vegetables,
they eat a lot of rice and cook it wonderfully. Well, and about Turkish tea drinking, probably
heard by many. Somehow I came across a funny video prank on the Internet, in
which the local citizens who came to the cafe were denied tea, saying that
they don't have it. A real surprise was caused by such a refusal, the guests of the institution sincerely
did not understand what it means in a Turkish cafe there is no tea. And when I got a job in Antalya on
my first job, then my job training began with art training
brewing tea.
My mom says she only eats chicken in Turkey, because here she seems to her very
tasty and juicy. Meat here is somewhat more expensive than in the countries of the former CIS,
however, the greens are sold in huge bunches for almost nothing. Due to the fact

is equalized.
Olives and oil. Turkey ranks fourth in terms of production and exports
very high quality olive oil. At the same time, the price of oil is much lower,
than a product from Spain, Italy or Greece. What is one of the reasons
popularity of Turkish olive oil among tourists. In ancient times, olive
trees were considered divine plants. Olive oil was called "liquid
gold "and was used not only in cooking, but also for the consecration of temples. His
medical qualities were recognized by Hippocrates himself. It was already known then that
high content of polyphenols and fatty acids in it allows you to level
risks of cardiovascular pathologies, gives an anti-inflammatory effect and
helps fight bacteria.
Lentils. There are a lot of dishes in Turkey that use lentils. Most
common dishes are merchemek chorba (lentil puree soup) and
Chicoft. Well, everything is clear with the soup, vegetables are boiled: potatoes, carrots, lentils, onions,
