I showed her on one withdrawal within the limit what commission is charged, from which, of course, she was in some shock. When asked, will we continue? She, thank God, refused. What is the error number of times here? My customer was probed by a Sberbank manager who instilled incredible confidence in the strength and power of a platinum card, I assume, out of ignorance of withdrawal rules in other countries. It is not possible to cash out money from a foreign bank card in the branches of Turkish banks.
Let me remind you that we have a New Year's week, the seller flies on a plane to the resort of Antalya, the failure of the transaction, these are fines for the buyer, very considerable.
My customer orders money to receive in Moscow, although they are in another, very remote city from Moscow. He takes an urgent ticket and leaves for the airport. Where she calls me from and says that by mistake she bought tickets not for the departing flight in 2 hours, but for February. Oh Gods, let's quickly save the cat, as in the famous movie. We managed to buy tickets again for the departing flight.
She received the money, there were tickets back under NG, we managed to do everything (I’ll go around the details) and successfully closed the deal.
