Our history or how everything was created

I will say at the beginning this is the story of the creation of an agency, to which the path of training, experience building, work in hiring was done, from which we got an understanding of how we want to see this work, in improving the lives of our dear customers.
Many agencies like to say that they are the first, but the first does not mean the best.
We will omit value judgments and better tell you how we structure our work.
We put the absolute balance of legality in our activities and high professionalism in the first place. You have most likely heard that the new legal requirements oblige each broker to have an individual license to work with a client. You can get it only after passing the appropriate training and passing the exam. Thus, simply “I have been doing this for a long time” does not at all testify to the professionalism of the broker. We have excluded the very possibility of an unlicensed broker working with a client.
We “open the cards” and tell you which products that we have presented on the market will have profitability and what it depends on. In order for the buyer to have a decent choice, we prepared a portfolio for several months, captured the regions, chose "legal clean" objects, tried to diversify our products. To do this, on our website there are about 200 different projects that will be of interest to different categories of buyers. At the same time, we draw your attention to the fact that budget options “fly off the market very quickly and individually, we select objects for the client.
Currently, despite our experience in sales, we have established relationships with several large agencies to gain invaluable experience and continuous professional development of our employees. Just flew in from Moscow, the trip turned out to be very fruitful, although I had to quickly solve everything quickly.
We are very careful in expanding our broker staff, as we have extremely high requirements for working with people.
