There is less and less time for those who want to buy real estate to wait, and the factors that we see are the complexity of money transfers, the growth of the exchange rate in a terrifying progression, the cost of air tickets, the economic blockade, and so on. lead us to sad conclusions.
There has been a tendency for foreigners to buy real estate not near the coastline, but in any area of ​​the city, the main thing is to fit into your budget. Unfortunately, I cannot but note that in this area there are more and more “helpers” who do not have knowledge of the laws, requirements for documents of the developer, who do not have licenses. In the market, we see it is not clear who pretends to be pseudo-realtors, leading naive people into dangerous situations in terms of losing money. Be careful. Do not trust bloggers shouting from the screens “I bought it myself and I will buy it for you!” Each object of purchase is carefully checked by us, there are a lot of nuances, do not think that the laws of different countries are the same, do not trust your logic, it can deceive you according to actual criteria.
