Demirbash is an additional collection of money from all residents of the complex. The decision to use demirbash is decided by the general meeting of residents of the residential complex. It is necessary in cases where the funds from the collection of aydat (paragraph 1 above) becomes insufficient to purchase, for example, new sun loungers for the pool, or additional landscaping of the residential complex, etc.
It is worth noting that in the current practice, if you have rented out housing, then the obligation to pay the aydats rests with the tenants, and the obligation to pay the demirbash is the responsibility of the owner of the dwelling.
Annual real estate tax. They pay for it in December, but you can do it, too, at any time. Before the sale of the property, it is necessary to pay all tax and idat debts.
Annual tax on the rental of real estate. Income tax. This tax is paid in March of each reporting year in the period from 01.03. until 31.03.
