Antalya is a large resort town on the Mediterranean coast. Unlike other small coastal towns, Antalya is, as it were, the capital of the coast and covers an area of control over 500 km west and east along the coast.
There are 3 main districts in Antalya: Muratpasha (this also includes Lara, which is "heard by many", Kepez, Konyaalti).
There are dense buildings in the city center, most of the residential apartment buildings are old buildings, without any infrastructure (swimming pools, fitness, security, etc.) Renovation programs certainly exist, but they work slowly and the central part of the city is very slowly updated with new buildings ... Starting from the Rixos hotel and in the east direction, the coastline begins to rise, the cliff runs along the entire central and eastern part of the city. The Kepez district is located in the northern part of the city and is also quite intensively built up. Coming to this part of the city, I personally forget that there are beautiful beaches, restaurants and cafes by the water 10 km away.
Lovely Konyaalti. My subjective opinion is that Konyaalti is one of the most beautiful and convenient areas of the city for a measured life.
It is here that there is a large number of residential complexes with luxury infrastructure and comfort class with swimming pools, fitness rooms, saunas, hamam, "live" security of the complex.
Speaking about the liquidity of a real estate object, we can safely say that small micro-districts that are part of Konyaalti, such as Liman, Khurma, Sarysu, Unzhaly, Uluch, Altinkum, etc., are the most liquid in terms of investing funds.
