Penthouse: a special type of housing that is located on the upper floors of the house. This is an apartment with panoramic windows and a view, as a rule, on two, three or even four sides. Currently, such objects are presented in the buildings of not the most expensive segment. Many experts point out that one of the signs that allow attributing an apartment to the definition of Penthouse is an exit to an open roof, however, we disagree with this. A spacious terrace and panoramic windows overlooking the city or other sights, in our opinion, should be attributed precisely to penthouses.
Highflat: apartment with high ceilings - 3.2 meters. Housing of this type opens up additional possibilities for organizing storage using built-in furniture. Such objects are presented in certain districts of the city of Unzhaly, Uluch, Gursu, Lara, and belong to the segment of expensive housing.
Cityhouse: apartments located on the ground floors of houses, with large open terraces ranging from 10 to 30 "squares", are similar to adjoining plots in private houses. They combine the advantages of two types of housing - a townhouse and an apartment. Such objects in Turkey are usually called duplex Bahce, Bahce katy.
Ters duplex. These are two-storey apartments, as a rule, the lower floor is slightly “recessed” from the ground level, bedrooms occupy this floor, however, they are found on the secondary market and from the living room on the lower floor. It is also called an inverted duplex.
